How fast can you get someone out for an emergency?
Emergency requests are reviewed first and routed to the nearest available partner. Response time depends on partner availability and the time of day. For a gas smell, fire, or carbon monoxide alarm, call 911 first.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Licensed trades on a Summit job are performed by licensed partner technicians, not by Summit staff. Each trade is matched to the license that trade legally requires in Wisconsin.
Can my tenants submit requests directly?
Yes, with your permission. You set the approval limits and see every request, quote, and photo.
