Why builders use Summit for construction cleanup

Works around your schedule

Cleaning is scheduled around the trades, not in their way. Tell us the phase dates and we plan each clean to them.

Built for tight deadlines

Move-in and inspection dates are fixed. We schedule the final and touch-up cleans backward from that date: [[confirm availability for short-notice work]].

One point of contact for the GC

Your superintendent or project manager has one number for every phase of cleaning, and one invoice per project.

How a post-construction cleaning is scheduled

From the first schedule to the final walkthrough, each step has a date and a named contact.

  1. Send the schedule.

Share the project address, the type of project, the square footage, and the key dates: substantial completion, walkthrough, inspection, and move-in.

  2. Walkthrough and quote.

We review the site or plans and quote each phase. The quote lists what is included in the rough, final, and touch-up cleans.

  3. Rough clean.

Debris and packaging are removed as the trades finish, so finish work can proceed.

  4. Final clean.

Every surface is detailed, from the ceiling and vents down to the floors.

  5. Touch-up and photos.

A last pass before the walkthrough. Photos of each area come with the invoice.

Post-construction cleaning questions

When should the rough clean be scheduled?

As the trades finish in an area, before flooring and finish work. We plan it with your superintendent.

Do you haul away construction debris?

Bagged debris and packaging are removed during the rough clean. Larger debris loads can be hauled through our junk removal service, or left in your on-site dumpster.

Can you meet a fixed inspection or move-in date?

Yes. We schedule the final and touch-up cleans backward from the date you give us. Short-notice availability: [[confirm]].

Do you clean HVAC vents and registers?

Vent covers, registers, and grilles are dusted and wiped. Duct cleaning is a separate service and is not included.

Do you remove stickers and labels from windows and fixtures?

Yes. Stickers, labels, and residue are removed from windows, frames, appliances, and fixtures.

Can you bill the general contractor directly?

Yes. Each project gets one invoice to the GC or owner: [[confirm payment terms]].

Are your crews insured?

Partner crews carry insurance, and a certificate can be provided for your project file: [[confirm before launch]].
