Payment terms: Net 30. Summit pays each invoice within 30 days of job completion. Net 30 is the longest it can take, not a promise that it will.

What we require
- Valid license where Wisconsin requires one for your trade
- General liability insurance, with proof on file
- Workers’ compensation insurance if you have any employees, with proof on file
- References or examples of recent work
- Reliable, on-time, professional service
- Willingness to follow Summit’s job and billing process
