What's going on
A lot of Milwaukee-area properties -- bungalows, duplexes, cream city brick two-flats, and older commercial buildings alike -- are running original systems decades past when they'd normally be swapped out. Call when the problem is affecting daily use, getting worse, or showing up alongside another issue -- those are signs it won't fix itself.
How it gets fixed
A licensed partner technician handles the AC not cooling itself -- diagnosing the issue on-site, walking you through what's wrong in plain terms, and getting it resolved in as few visits as possible. A few of the early signs are safe to check yourself. Past that, this usually needs a licensed trade, especially where gas, water, or line voltage is involved.
